- Start with an upside-down napkin square.
- Fold 1.5 inches of the top edge down and the bottom edge up.
- Fold the bottom edge up to about 1.5 inches below the top.
- Fold the bottom edge up to about 1.5 inches below the prior fold.
- Turn the napkin over.
- Fold 1/3 of the napkin toward the center and repeat on the opposite side.
- Add name card and menu card.
