How to Decorate a Fireplace for Fall
Hi, my friend! Welcome back for another week of Easy Elegance Wednesdays where my friends and I share seasonal decorating, entertaining, and garden tips that are simple and elegant! This week I’m tackling the subject of how to decorate a fireplace for fall.
Our family room fireplace is the focal point of the room, so I like to make a big statement! It is also difficult to decorate because there is a large TV above the mantle, so I use the hearth for all of my decor.
My goal is to incorporate the color palette I have chosen for the season in order to bring the whole look together. For this fall decor, I used soft green and wheat tones mixed with piles of fresh and faux heirloom pumpkins for a traditional and whimsical look.
This was definitely a big statement in the room that lasted all the way through Thanksgiving!
